A double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial with Relora® was completed in January 2004. Oh gosh, I'm 14 and as skinny as a pencil until I went to CAMP! I gained some weight and I'm so mad. I'm going to do this, but instead of the 15lb weights, I'm going to do 5-10lbs because I don't think I can lift the 15lbs!!! :). Awesome! Your video is very is very informative! Just curious. Back in Aug '11, I started a purely running routine from doing very little to no exercise to running five to six days a week. Sprint/Walk intervals and straight jogs. I literally got on that scale on a daily basis and watched myself lose a pound a day for the first 10 days. Within three weeks of regular exercise like this, I went from 168 to maintaining 155 until school homework got intense and I had to cut down to a maintenance only routine. I'm not saying I know better, just wondering how or why and what, if any, dangers there would have been if I were to be able to keep up that intensity and continue to lose one pound a day and when would that 1 pound a day have stopped (obviously I wouldn't have gone to 0 pounds within 168 days and would have stopped by the time I got to 110 (extreme low) if not before that. Before you say loss of water weight, I increased my water intake by 75% from what I was drinking before the routine.Sir! You should use a spotter if you are going to go that heavy.
