A double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial with Relora® was completed in January 2004. i dont doubt that this works.it kinda works like subliminal messeges in music from illuminati.except for weightloss. Woah... When it said something about imagining a relaxing place... I saw the ocean with the Titanic rushing forwards with coral reefs below and dolphins jumping and dancing. I saw the calm water lapping against the shore and mountains covered in snow with lightning all around it. It was amazing. I can relate to this...except in my case, each place I could think of was at first relaxing but then I remembered something bad or scary about it and could not stop focusing on the bad.. day 1- breakfast two egg whites, half a green pepper, chilli & curry powder, lunch mushrooms w/ garlic, mustard chilli spices and mozzarella, apple snack, salmon & butternut squash risotto for tea,strawberries as a snack- ounted at 800 calories. I am not tempted at all by fast food advertisements and think about healthy food which tastes good only. I now feel very off put about processed food. Day before I had thickly cut cheese with chocolate spread on top! crisps, lamb and beans terrible !!This is a wonderful video !! I have been listening to this video for about one week and a half, and I haven't eaten chocolate since, and that's a huge thing for me. I in theory this session is for people who already lost weight, but the message "you already lost weight"is really powerful. Also,after the second time listening to it I always fall asleep and wake up before having to imagine myself in 1 and 10 years (so that I adapt and imagine myself slim), so this video is also great for a power nap. when you are going to sleep that is actually you going into hypnosis. this is when your mind is easily suggested which is why this works but thats beside the point. The point is,your not actually asleep, just very relaxed and you cant remember anything because it a lot like sleep but keep in mind it really isnt. Hope this helps. :).
