This is one method that I know that helps but I do believe that everyone has to find a method that fits them and that is realistic to their lifestyle, which will help make their goal more achievable. =). According to nutritionist(s) -- you're actually not supposed to mix proteins and starches, because it makes digestion more difficult. So make sure that you have a protein packed breakfast with carbs to keep your energy level high and to keep you out of hunger till your break at 11.20am. Hi Joanna, i have a question that has been bothering me! I have checked my BMR and got a total of around 2300 calories. I have checked my calorie intake and come way below what i need to consume. I have been taking fish oils, vitamins, and CLA. However even then i dont seem to lose weight.
