Clinical Trial

A double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial with Relora® was completed in January 2004. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Relora® in overweight women who typically eat more in stressful situations. Twenty-eight subjects completed the study and Relora® was well tolerated. There was a significant weight gain during the study for the placebo group but no significant weight gain and some weight loss for the Relora® group. There was also a significant reduction in anxiety scores.     wow that is good for the body it pushes you almost to your breaking point and gets you looking better and feeling better in no time at all I am slowly getting into the work outs and they are good for the body and helps to keep you slim and phiscaly fit for anything that comes your way.
    Just curious. Back in Aug '11, I started a purely running routine from doing very little to no exercise to running five to six days a week. Sprint/Walk intervals and straight jogs. I literally got on that scale on a daily basis and watched myself lose a pound a day for the first 10 days. Within three weeks of regular exercise like this, I went from 168 to maintaining 155 until school homework got intense and I had to cut down to a maintenance only routine.I'm not saying I know better, just wondering how or why and what, if any, dangers there would have been if I were to be able to keep up that intensity and continue to lose one pound a day and when would that 1 pound a day have stopped (obviously I wouldn't have gone to 0 pounds within 168 days and would have stopped by the time I got to 110 (extreme low) if not before that. Before you say loss of water weight, I increased my water intake by 75% from what I was drinking before the routine.
