A double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial with Relora® was completed in January 2004. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Relora® in overweight women who typically eat more in stressful situations. Within three weeks of regular exercise like this, I went from 168 to maintaining 155 until school homework got intense and I had to cut down to a maintenance only routine.I'm not saying I know better, just wondering how or why and what, if any, dangers there would have been if I were to be able to keep up that intensity and continue to lose one pound a day and when would that 1 pound a day have stopped (obviously I wouldn't have gone to 0 pounds within 168 days and would have stopped by the time I got to 110 (extreme low) if not before that. Before you say loss of water weight, I increased my water intake by 75% from what I was drinking before the routine. Sir! You should use a spotter if you are going to go that heavy.
